College Campus Visits:

Seniors should visit http://www.floridastudentfinancialaid.org/SSFAD/bf/ to apply for Florida Bright Futures as soon as possible.  It is their responsibility to complete this 3 minute application to begin the process for receiving Bright Futures. If students have questions, they should ask their guidance counselor.

In January 2007, Federal Student Aid launched a public service campaign, called “Only a Dream,” to inform parents and students that $80 billion in financial aid is available to help them pay for college, trade school or professional school.  Click Here to view the announcement.

Parent Teacher Conference Information

Parent/Teacher Conferences take place from 5:00-8:00 PM.    Appointments will be made after report cards are sent out Parents may begin calling after that time to schedule conferences, which occur in 10 minute time slots.  The number to call is 772-219-1840 ext. 35337.

FCAT Information

The Florida Department of Education is pleased to announce the posting of a new web-based product called the About the FCAT Web Brochure. This brochure is an updated HTML version of the FCAT Parent Brochure that was delivered in print to districts in 2002. It provides general information about the FCAT in addition to links to other DOE resources like the Sunshine State Standards web page.
